Mediterranean Green Pea and Mint Slice
Serve this Mediterranean-style loaf with antipasto for an easy light lunch. Serves 4 Rinse Dried Green Split Peas (no need to soak) and simmer in twice the amount of water to Peas for 60 mins or until tender. | |
INGREDIENTS 300g dried green split peas SAUCE 1/2 clove crushed garlic | INSTRUCTIONS Cook peas as above. SAUCE Saute garlic in olive oil in a small saucepan. Enjoy! |
