What you need:
- 6 slices of white bread
- 60g nutella
- 3 eggs
- ¼ cup castor sugar
- 2 ½ cups milk
- 2 tablespoons coconut
- 1 tablespoon cocoa (sifted)
- Whipped cream
| What you do:
- Heat oven to 160 degrees C.
- Trim crusts from bread.
- Spread the nutella onto the bread.
- Cut bread into triangles.
- Arrange the bread spread side up along the bottom of a shallow ovenproof dish.
- Whisk eggs, sugar, milk and coconut together in a bowl.
- Pour half the mixture over the bread.
- Stand for 10 minutes.
- Whisk remaining mixture and add sifted cocoa.
- Pour into the dish.
- Stand dish in a baking dish with enough boiling water to come halfway up the side of the dish.
- Bake for about 50 minutes or until custard is set.
- Serve with cream
